Our mission is to provide an experience that allows you to create your own preferred style of our already unique designs and get them made to your body type and size that you can wear with comfort and confidence. In a rare occurrence where a custom garment is not perfectly fit or lacking any feature promised, at the time of purchase, can be altered or remade to your satisfaction. A Stocked Product however, can be swapped with a different size or returned for a refund or a store credit.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You have purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Ritz The Label, accessible from ritzthelabel.in
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Return Rights
Stocked Product(s):
You are entitled to return Your Order of Stocked Product(s) within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for returning an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To return a Stocked Product or request a different size is easy. You can sign in to your account or go to return an item tab from your purchase history and follow the prompts. A deduction of $9.95 from the refund will be applied to cover some of the return cost for a request of refund. Requesting a different size is free.
Refund is processed within 48 hours after the item(s) are received by us to the same account the items were purchased from (It takes between 5-7 days, depending on your local bank before the amount is deposited).
We can ship a different size after the original item is received by us.
Customized/Tailor made:
For all customized/Tailor made garments, most of the times, alteration or remake is a better option than any other. For any Customized item, we ask customers to get in touch with us via email on: info@ritzthelabel.in with brief description of areas of concern with some photos that indicate the same. We shall study the information provided and ask for more if required. Once we are ready with the changes, we shall start working on them. Meanwhile the customer can send us the item back. For remakes, we do not wait for the old product to reach to us before we start working on the remake as soon as we have required information to minimize the time for the remade item to reach to you. In the case of alteration, we shall have to wait for the item to arrive to us before we can make changes. However, in the case where none of these option are viable, the customer can choose to get refund. In such a case, the return cost is bared by us.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were returned within 30 days since receiving the order
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized and have no fault.
- The supply of Goods which are, washed, used (trying them on is NOT considered as used), damaged or altered.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
